Charity Foundation

NIMA is a registered with the Islamic Republic Government of Afghanistan Founded in 2020, NIMA Foundation established by individuals and not-for-profit agencies. NIMA Foundation is governed by a Volunteer Board of community representatives, and benefits directly from the informed counsel and other volunteers serving on its Advisory Committees to support the activities of charitable people across the country.

Mission
Through the growth and stewardship of permanent endowment funds and the distribution of income to a broad range of eligible people, NIMA Foundation, in meeting community needs, provides philanthropic leadership to improve the quality of life for all charitable deserved local National Afghans, The Foundation for Social Change and Inclusion works for the social development and integration of underprivileged individuals, groups and communities in Afghanistan.

VISION
Our work aims to break the vicious cycle of poverty and social isolation and to restore hope for a better future. We believe that every person has the right to access resources and opportunities in order to live and develop with dignity and to become an active and contributing member of our society.

OBJECTIVES
To work for the social development of underprivileged individuals, groups and communities in Afghanistan;
To encourage healthcare development and health promotion;
To assist in the process of social integration and personal realization of underprivileged children, young people, adults and families;
To endorse the human rights and in particular the rights of the children and young people as well as the rights of underprivileged groups and communities;
To encourage and popularize voluntary work.

In pursuit of this mission NIMA Foundation believes, that our position within the community is both an opportunity and a responsibility to provide philanthropic leadership, that the endowment fund is a resource to benefit the people of Afghanistan and we commit to steward these funds in a responsible manner, in open, accessible, respectful, and ethical behavior in our conduct with all people who come in contact with the foundation, that our policies, programs and practices should enable and encourage human growth and dignity, inclusiveness, fairness and the equality of all people, in working as a catalyst within the charitable sector to strengthen community capacity and volunteerism and to find solutions to shared challenges, in partnerships that seek consensus and respect the integrity and autonomy of participants, In encouraging and nurturing innovations and managing the risks inherent in creative philanthropy.

NIMA Foundation Board Message
The brief description of NIMA Foundation together with recently adopted mission and values statements. Our intent in providing this information is to make the Foundation’s vision and substance more tangible to those who participate in and are affected by its work. Although the wording and the context in which these statements appear are new, their essence is extracted from the NIMA Foundation Act, an Act of the Provincial Legislature that established the Foundation. The Board of the Foundation is active in many additional areas of governance and is also deeply interested in and committed to the process of discretionary grant making through our very effective Advisory Committees. we are more convinced that community foundations, individually and collectively, are uniquely positioned to play an important and expanding role in meeting some of the challenges being imposed by changing times. NIMA Foundation, as a leader in the field of philanthropy, will as always have a key role to play in helping various communities to develop the necessary capacities to be both resourceful and resilient.

Policy
As it has been mentioned all our activities just to help the poor people in community to make their life better, no matter what religion, what raciest and what color you are, we understand all we are the same Humans, NIMA is always there for you to help and support. This should help support our social impact purpose: ‘Deliver positive impacts to help young people succeed in further education and build sustainable lives, whilst supporting the communities we work

Breach of Policy
Any member, Board member, employee, customer, support partner, visitors and/or supplier to the NIMA who acts in breach of this Policy or any other Policy of the NIMA may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, membership, and/or engagement.

How it runs:
The charity runs through Board Community, representatives, Businessmen, religion obligations or Tax who meet the necessary criteria of wealth and other volunteers serve in it,

How Trustees are appointed:
The field officer is receiving request for aid through e mail, mails, or physically presence of client, the field officer including the coordinator are physically walk in to the effected family, village, or Community to investigate and find out the reality about the client, after the investigation process is completed the written report including pictures, trustful supportive witnesses and documents are being shared with the General Director, the general Director officer process it to the board of directors and (CEO) chief executive Officer for the final decision.

Foundation for Social Change and Inclusion was founded in 2020 and registered in the Register of Non- Government Organizations at the Court House, as well as the Central Register of Non- Government Organizations at the Ministry of Justice of Afghanistan,
The projects of NIMA range from one-off humanitarian actions in response to a specific urgent need to long- term residential care and delivery of basic services in marginalized communities. They aim to help the most vulnerable members of our society and include work on different levels such as:

Analysis and assessment of needs;
Developing programs and strategies for development;
Empowering and developing local communities;
Interaction with stakeholders;
Care policies development

General vision
Our goal is to save lives to help with no unaccompanied children, women, families, to spread and raise the level of knowledge in Community, religion, color, skin, race, ethnicity, and party is not our priority but Humanity, we see all the Humanity on the same level, on the other hand as Democracy system has been implemented and every one has the right of worship and freedom of speech, so we also support the women rights as well such as going to Schools, working in the office, serving in the army including all their social related activities, most of the people in the rural areas don’t have access to clean water, Medical Facilities, education, and food, the above mentioned objects are our main goals.
