Political Protection
1: The Special representative of the united states and president of Donald Trump, Mr. Khalilzad hasn’t clearly shared bilateral peace agreement details with the Afghan Nation yet, as Afghans are the bilateral partner of the peace negotiation should not be deprived, so the meaningful and comprehensive details of the agreement must be shared with Afghan Local National, we should be informed for further progress of peace negotiation, other voice we will have a very deep concern.
2: Whenever the government of Taliban was collapsed by the US and its Allies their main target was to eradicate Taliban regime eliminate the terrorism, Taliban was blamed and called them guilty, because of having closed relationship with AlQaida’s leader Osama Bin Ladin and his supporters who were in Taliban’s protection, actually United States didn’t make peace agreement with remaining International terroristic groups, such as Al- Qaida and etc, who still exist, it was just a bilateral peace agreement between Taliban and United States, who will take the responsibility that there will be no war after peace agreement with Taliban? Because Taliban were not the main perpetrators of the war and they are not as well, but the main cause of the war is International Terrorism and International Narcotic Drugs Mafias, we are having a deep concern that the main cause of the war has been left behind unattended, US has never assured and provided such as sufficient enough information yet, since there was only Al-Qaida existence before, but currently we have the presence of several deferent terroristic Organizations in Afghanistan, we understand the current war is more intense and complicated compared to the past, as we supported peace negotiation and still support it as well, but the main concern is bilateral peace agreement that more likely will lead another domestic conflict in Afghanistan, so it is important to look for the main cause of the problem, and the financial source of their income, it has to be mentioned the international drug traffickers are the main source of their income, which is across the border outside Afghanistan.
3: United States and its allies assured the Afghans to eradicate the terrorism, eliminate the drug cultivation, and to build a democratic system institution, unfortunately none of the above three commitments or circumstances have accomplished yet, the people have suffered a lot, explanation is needed to be provided to the Afghan Nation, that who is responsible and what will be its consequences.
4: After the ceasefire and peace agreement between US and Taliban, that not only decreased the fight, but Taliban involved increasingly in more intensive combat and domestic violence, the local national and public interests plus facilities have been suffered throughout fighting. As we mentioned in our first declaration, the 2nd declaration is the same as well, that long lasting peace and ceasefire are extremely needed, so we ask from the International Community particularly from the US and Taliban that before bilateral peace negotiation between Afghan Government and Taliban long lasting ceasefire is needed.
5: As Taliban assured the US that they will eliminate the contacts with other terroristic groups, but they didn’t assure the US to eliminate contacts with Drug Mafia same as well, so it must be part of upcoming bilateral Peace Negotiation.
6: There is a large number of Narcotic Drugs production in Afghanistan, but the chemical which convert it to the real drugs such as Heroin, Cocaine, and Ice comes from the neighboring countries, united nation has to call the neighboring countries to seal their boarders on their faces, indeed they have sufficient enough capability to seal the boarders, somehow they don’t, it means their Military agencies are involved with International Mafias.
